6 oz non-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1/2 banana, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 cup of ice

Watermelon Yogurt Smoothie w/ Almond
2 cups seedless watermelon, 1 cup crushed ice, 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp almond extract, fill w/ water to water line

Strawberry Orange Soya Smoothie
1 cup vanilla soymilk, 10 oz fresh strawberries, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp honey, fill w/ water to water line

Blackberry Orange Smoothie
2 1/2 cups blackberries, 8 oz low fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 tsp vanilla extract, fill w/ water to water line

Carrot Cake #2
carrots, ginger root, greek yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla protein shake mix, orange, aloe vera and ice cubes

Mango Cado #1
6 oz chopped mango, 1 avocado, 3 leaves fresh mint, a handful of kale, 1/2 organic cucumber (diced), juice from 1/2 lime and 1 tablespoon ginger root

1 cup mango, 1 avocado, 1 peach, a handful of kale, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 tsp shaved coconut, juice from 1/2 lime, 1 cup almond milk and 1 tablespoon ginger root

Cardamom Blast
handful of kale, 1 cup mango, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup almond milk, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp red maca powder

Kale w/ Banana & Plum
handful of kale, 1 banana, 1 plum, 1 tsp cacao and 1 cup vanillla almond milk

Kale w/ Cherry
handful of kale, 1 organic carrot, 10 cherries, ginger root, 3-4 dashes of ground turmeric, 1 cup almond milk and 4 ice cubes

Kale w/ Banana & Red Grapes
handful of kale, 1 banana, celery, 1/2 cup red grapes, protien powder and 1 cup coconut water

Kale w/ Banana & Red Cabbage
1 banana, 1 orange, handful of kale, red cabbage, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup coconut water

Spinach w/ Berries
handful of spinach, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, goji berries, chia seeds, ginger root, grapes, protien powder and almond milk

Spinach w/ Banana & Cherries
1 banana, handful of spinach, 1/2 cup granola, 1 cup almond milk, 10 cherries, 1 tbsp flax seed and a couple dashes of cinnamon

Kale Cado & Blueberries
1 avocado, 1 banana, a handful of kale, 1/2 cup blueberries, cashews and almond milk

Banana Protien
1 banana, 1/2 cup seedless grapes, 1/2 blueberries, 1/2 goji berries, 1 tablespoon cocoa nibs, 1 tablespoon ginger root, 3 ice cubes and coconut water
